We're Back Baby!
OK, not really. But Michigan's unemployment rate fell in October, and that's not normal in these parts lately. We added 22,000 jobs, but our unemployment rate is still six percentage points higher than a year ago. That's a huge number. The stock market is back to fall 2008 levels, and seems to be more stable than it has been in a while. But unemployment numbers need to continue to fall in order for us to see any real difference.
